Agaricus Bisporus SAP is a hot water-extract from white button mushroom (WBM; Agaricus bisporus), the most commonly consumed mushroom in North America and most western countries.[1] A. bisporus constitutes a significant amount of vitamin D precursor ergosterol, dietary fibers, and antioxidants including vitamin C and B12, folates and polyphenols.[1]
